We built a website where buyers can view this apartment and contact its owner, with SEO focused on searches for Hito 18 in Armenia.

01 / THE CHALLENGE

Reach buyers looking for an apartment in Hito 18.

The owner wanted to sell the apartment without an intermediary. On property portals, buyers would see it alongside many other listings.

Google searches also lead to agencies and general pages about the building. The owner has little control over how those sites present the apartment.

We needed a page with information about this specific apartment that people searching for Hito 18 could find.

02 / THE SOLUTION

We focused the keyword research on Hito 18 and people looking for an apartment in that building in Armenia.

We brought the apartment description and layout together on an independent domain, with its features and answers to buyers' questions.

Real photographs show the apartment and shared amenities. Buyers can also check the location and the area around the building.

Buyers can open WhatsApp from the page to speak with the owner, who handles the conversation and negotiation.

We used apartment and building details in the page titles and descriptions, and answered buyers' questions in an FAQ.

We adapted the design for phones and optimized the images, then prepared the website for Google to index.

03 / THE RESULT

The owner reported that the website appeared among the top organic Google results for searches related to Hito 18.

Rankings vary with the search, competition and time. This past result does not guarantee a position on Google, a number of inquiries or a sale.
